Hierarchical and Decentralized Control
Use the organizational context of your current or past place of
employment. Most organizational cultures display some aspect of both
hierarchical and decentralized control. Describe an example of each that
you have practiced or observed in your organization. After each
example, advance your own assessment as to how employees react and
respond to each type of control.
