performance pressure

Describe two instances where performance pressure can lead to unethical behavior by employees in the effort to meet company goals. Propose two suggestions that HRM can take to limit unethical behavior by employees. Examine the negative impact of jobs being designed so that fewer employees are required to produce more. Suggest two actions that HR professionals can take to ensure that employees are not being overworked and are more efficient during working hours.
