changes to the project and map out the approval process.
Conduct research to identify people to sit on the change
management board, including experts in the industry and
stakeholders, but not team members. Include a justification of no
more than 150 words for each board member.
Write an executive summary of no more than 1,050 words in which
you describe the role of the project leader in evaluating and
addressing project changes.
Combine the change management flowchart, board member
recommendations, and executive summary into a cohesive report.
Format your report consistent with APA guidelines.
