employment interview

In order to successfully prepare for your employment interview, you must plan, practice and practice!  The following seven (4) questions/question types are usually asked in interviews. Your answers to each question must be 1.5 to 2 Pages/Double-Spaced/12 Point Type.  Good luck!

1.      Describe a risk you took that proved successful.  Also describe a risk you took that was not successful.  What did you learn?

2.      Describe your most challenging and rewarding team-building experience.  What insights did you gain from this experience?  Also, describe a time when you were part of a team that didn’t work well, describe your role  and what you learned from this experience?

3.      Because our employees work closely together, relying on the skills of one another to accomplish our company goals, we would like to understand what there is about your background and your experiences that would make a contribution to our company?

4.      Is your academic performance (GPA) to date an accurate predictor of your potential success at our organization. If so, why? If not, Why not?
