Probability question

Probability question
A recent study shows that 30% of Canadians are against the death penalty, 40% support it and %30 are undecided.
a) What is the probability of getting at least 5 favorable (those who support death penalty) answers out of a small survey including 10 people?
b) Let's say an investigation is done on 1000 people, what would the average, variance and standard deviation be for people who support the death penalty?
