Part 1a: Write a clear, focused, "complex and arguable" research question based on " DeLone and McLean (D&M) IS Success model " and relates to the main topic (of expanding and improving sports facilities on campus at a university.
Part 1b: List the accompanying research objectives, which should states how critical reviews of relevant articles helps/supports the questions. Also state how surveys and an interviews would help answer the research questions. The objectives should also include the research metholody.
Part 1c: Present a brief explanation of why you have chosen this question and how the research objectives will help operationalise your research question.
