Concept of organizational development

Prepare a minimum 900-word paper in which you examine the concept of organizational development. Use the text and at least one outside source from the UOPX library that is credible to the topic.  All criterion sections should be supported with APA style cited readings.  Be sure to address the following items in your examination, using the text and another credible reading to support all three criterion sections:
•    33%    Explain the process of organizational development.
•  33%      Identify the theories associated with organizational development.  This is not organizational management – pay attention to the difference and answer the correct question.  Use the paper feedback form for more hints.
•  33%    Describe the conditions necessary for successful organizational change and development.
NOTE:  Using the readings from Week 5 will make this paper have all the information necessary to earn your 15 points!  If you do not use the correct information, the content portion of your grade will be difficult to earn.  Again, papers without citations in each criterion will earn a 0 for the assignment.  Papers that do not make improvements to APA style and citation usage from previous feedback comments will earn a minimum effort grade but will not be graded.  Being coachable and showing improvements based on suggestions and the APA writing expectations of the University at this level are important skills.  If you fail to meet the writing expectations of the University at the 400 level by this paper, you will not have more than a third of the points.     Monday, Day 7    15 – see the Rubric in Course Materials for how to earn points along with the feedback table – if you do not follow instructions for the paper, you will not earn more than 5 points
