Award Nominations
Require two, one page each, award nomination write ups. The first write
up should include the following verbiage: (a) Three staff members were
selected to participate in the agencies Fiscal Auditing Team, (b) They
reviewed over 500 cases, (c) They worked during the work week as well as
during the weekends. The write up should also include verbiage/phrases
essential to being a team player (i.e. extended themselves, worked as a
team, highly motivated to complete tasks, etc.). The second write up
should include the following verbiage: (a) Senior member of the team,
(b) mentors other staff members, particularly new staff, (c) selected
and worked on the fiscal auditing team, (d) and processed awards for
vacant caseloads.
