Local police department's website.

Below is a link to my local police department's website. Take a look around, do you believe that it has useful information? Is it easy to navigate? What are your thoughts?
On first glance, I like that the non emergency phone numbers are easy to locate on the main page. I also liked the "in your neighborhood" section and the "crime watch" area.
