What seems to be the three most critical factors affecting intra-family communication

What seems to be the three most critical factors affecting intra-family communication?
Identify them and discuss possible solutions in detail.

Persuasive vs Directive Writing

Persuasive vs Directive Writing
First, imagine that your company headquarters has initiated a Casual Friday rule at your workplace. The rule works fine in most departments, but in your department you have two problems. First, unlike most departments, you deal with the public often and unexpectedly; a customer can come by anytime. Second, your staff tends to overdo. They wear sandals, shorts and …well, let’s say you avert your eyes often .
.
Imagine you have authority to order your staff to do what you want them to do. Formulate an email in directive mode.
Now imagine that you do *not* have authority over this group. It’s a headquarters policy. However, you want to persuade them to dress differently on Casual Fridays. Formulate another email message, this time in persuasive mode.
Do not offer a bribe or reward. (“If you do this, you will get time off.”) Motivate your reader by appealing to his or her interests, needs and desires. Use logic and reasoning.
Do not make threats. You can’t say, “Failure to comply will result in dismissal.” Remember, you don’t have the authority to do anything. You are relying totally on your persuasive powers.
Think of 2 or more reasons to persuade the other person to do what you want. Consider the other person’s perspective. What would motivate him, her or them to act this way? For example, “When you come to work on time, you will work more efficiently the rest of the day and you’ll feel more relaxed.”
Explain the difference between persuasive and directive writing in Part 1 and Part 2.

methodological consideration

Craft a research question on the topic you selected in your first discussion question post. Then locate at least five articles from peer-reviewed journals that pertain to your question that will be used to write the introduction section of your research proposal.
Submit these five citations in the form of an APA-style reference page. Under each citation, write one paragraph summarizing the main points of the article. As you read your articles, keep the following questions at hand; these will help you generate the information about each article.
What were the topic/research questions being investigated?
How was the study conducted (participants, materials, procedure, etc.)?
What did the results reveal?
How might these methodological considerations affect the research findings and the conclusions drawn from them?
How does this article fit in with your paper? How did it influence your own ideas about your paper? Based on your reading of the literature, what do you expect to find?
Include a hypothesis and a title page for your submission.

important policy goals of the government and the Fed are to keep unemployment and inflation low

800 - 1000 words
Two important policy goals of the government and the Fed are to keep unemployment and inflation low, while at the same time making sure that GDP is increasing at an average of 3% per year. It is important to have the right mix of policies and that all the variables be timed perfectly.
Part 1: Assume that the country is in a period of high unemployment, interest rates are at almost zero, inflation is about 2% per year, and GDP growth is less than 2% per year. Suggest how fiscal and monetary policy can move those numbers to an acceptable level keeping inflation the same. What is the first action you would take as the president? As the chairman of the Fed? Why? What would be your subsequent steps? Make sure you include both the positive and negative effects of your actions, and include the trade-offs or opportunity costs.
Include the following concepts in your discussion:
Demand and supply of money
Interest rates
The Phillips curve
Taxation

Imagine that your boss (or your client, if you are self-employed) has assigned you to a team to develop a communications training program

Imagine that your boss (or your client, if you are self-employed) has assigned you to a team to develop a communications training program. Each team member will recommend a book that all participants will discuss during a required meeting or retreat. The team needs one book that sheds light on one or more communication tactics or strategies, such as the importance of self-confidence. What book do you recommend and why?
1. Instead of a book, you may recommend a movie or episode of a TV show.
You don’t want to sit through a boring discussion, let alone read a boring book or watch a bad movie. So make a strong recommendation and be very persuasive.
2. Argue persuasively that this book or movie will be helpful to teach program participants about communication techniques and/or strategies. Otherwise you might find yourself discussing a book or movie that puts you to sleep.
3. Give 3 reasons why you believe this particular book or movie will be your choice for the program. Anticipate at least one objection and answer it.
