THE MORAL SIDE OF MURDER

Write a 3 or 4 page paper outlining both of the problems and tell me how you would have decided them. (The Trolley car has two different scenarios so make sure you answer both.) Fully explain your answer! Support your decision by looking at both sides of the issue. Work in the various theories of crime that we have covered that seem to apply. The point of these problems is to demonstrate that life isn't easy or black and white and that sometimes difficult choices have to be made in the real world.
