decision making
Suppose that you, as the founder of a business, have a sales manager
position open. You realize that sales may suffer somewhat if you promote
your son from sales representative to sales manager. However, you would
like to see your son make some progress and earn a higher salary to
support his wife and young daughter. How would you go about making this
decision? Would you promote your son?
