Research the fingerprint process in
your state. Identify what specific offenses would preclude teacher
candidates from receiving fingerprint clearance. Describe different
tiers or classes for fingerprint approval based on prior convictions
that might exist in your state. Visually present the findings from above
in a T-Chart. Then, summarize the appeal process if a candidate is
denied. Include timelines, fees, and other details of this process.
There is no word count requirement for this assignment although caution
should be taken to be succinct yet articulate.
